Clare Carr is an Advanced Certified Core Energetics and Helix Healing Works Practitioner in New York City. Clare helps individuals recognize and navigate the pathway to their lives' fullest potential. Clare's practice focuses on individual, couples and powerful group experiences. She specializes in helping with the challenges of self-acceptance and helps her clients evolve as they move through the stages and ages of life.
Clare has been engaged in a corporate career in financial services since the 1982, where she became interested in employee outreach and assistance with associates experiencing chemical dependencies and other addictions. This passion and focus became the pathway for Clare's interest in body psychotherapy and corporate outreach.
Clare graduated from the Helix Training program in 2003 and is a member and minister of the Helix Healing Works community, a legally recognized spiritual organization. She remains engaged in the Helix Community and is a Helix mindbody/psychospirtual practitioner. In 2016, Clare also graduated from the New York Institute of Core Energetics. She completed her postgraduate program in 2017 and holds a position on faculty at the Institute. Combining her experience with Helix and Core Energetics, Clare hopes to bring personal healing benefits into her corporate environment and develop outreach programs for teens and young adults.
In addition to her corporate and community network, Clare continues to expand her practice leveraging her personal network in the NYC contemporary dance community. Her future plans include launching a two year innovative transformational program in New York City . Clare's commitment to understanding the mind/body connection and her own personal journey continues as the focus of her life's work.
